I've had problems with take out orders from this restaurant but never to the extent I had tonight.
My order was placed at 7:55 p.m. and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived exactly 20 minutes later to a 3/4 empty restaurant. After paying for the order, I then waited an additional 14 minutes with no receipt of my order. Finally I was fed up with having to wait so I then told the cashier to refund my money and I walked out............This was Friday night and the place was virtually empty. Considering the lack of service I had to endure, there is no wonder why..........
I don't know what happened to this joint but they have certainly hit rock bottom when it comes to customer satisfaction.
My assessment: Take your business somewhere else, The BoneYard belongs in the Graveyard........
